Solution

Based on my prior experience with mortgage websites I suggested a combination of a confidence building website and Google Adwords campaign with "natural" search engine listings being built over time to replace adwords. The corporate website gives all of the information you'd expect on a mortgage specialists website with additional calculators being added to attract further custom. Each adwords campaign was created to direct customers to specific pages and tracked to ensure a maximum return on investment. This combination has been so successful that Jackson King has reduced the adwords adverts to be shown only on select weekends to avoid their team being overwhelmed with enquiries.
