Manways Catalog

Manways are a small, local manufacturer of stainless steel access hatches (manways) and accessories for the food processing industry. They asked me to create an online product catalog that they could update with text, images and DWG files (technical drawings) as required.

Solution

Using a modified version of our existing ecommerce solution, I implimented a fully featured product management system and custom search service, integrated into an easy to use yet attractive design. This design was search engine optimised, submitted and marketed for 6 months to help the website achieve high positions for relevant keywords. As a result of this systems launch and subsequent search engine marketing, Manways have doubled their export turnover and added an additional revenue stream to their UK based operations.
